Notice, Application of Variance

Please take notice that the Town of Milton, Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Milton, Rock County, WI beginning at 6 PM on Thursday, October 19th, 2023 to consider the following change:


The application of Scott Soergel, 2905 E. Wood Trail, Milton, WI is for a variance, of a lesser setback than the town ordinance allows. The setback is for an intended detached garage. Requesting the future structure have a setback of 43 feet, rather than the required 50 feet by ordinance, resulting in a seven-foot encroachment totaling 182 square feet. The property is located at 2905 E Wood Trail, Milton WI: parcel number 6-13-1401; .926 acres, PT NW 1/4, Mil- Edge Woods Subdivision, Lot 2, Section 17, in the Town of Milton.


Any person(s) interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their concerns before the Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment will review the application, with action to be taken.
