NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Town of Milton, Rock County, WI beginning at 6:30pm, on Monday, December 14th, 2020, to consider the following change:
Application of Amanda and Matthew Stefl 804 Winery Way, Cambridge, WI plan to purchase the parcel and develop it into an agricultural use business. They plan to construct a building to operate a wine tasting room and wine production, along with a vineyard to be planted on the grounds as well. The parcel number 6-13-182; 41.45 acres, S1/2 SW1/4 E of Hwy (EXC CSM 19-238) Lot 2, Section 22, in the Town of Milton.
Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time. The Milton Town Board will hold a joint meeting with the Planning & Zoning Committee and review this request.
