NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE

 

        Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Town of Milton, Rock County, WI beginning at 6:30pm, on Monday, December 14th, 2020 to consider the following change:

        Application of Pettit Properties LLC, 360 Haugen Road, Milton, WI, for a zoning change from B1 to Commercial Recreation, and a Conditional use permit to allow for Campsites that include water and electricity. Parcel 6-13-44.4C; 3.64 acres; PT NW ¼ NE 1/4, SW ¼ NE 1/4 CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP #1300850, VOL 19 PG 255-258 Lot 2, Section 7, in the Town of Milton.

        Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.  The Milton Town Board and Planning and Zoning will hold a meeting to review this request.
