NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE

 

        Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Town of Milton, Rock County, WI beginning at 6:30pm, on Monday, December 14th, 2020 to consider the following change:

 

 

Application of Coats Income Trust-ETAL – 2214 E County Rd M, Milton for a land Division and Rezone, creating 3 new lots to build on. (North of Railroad) Lot 1- 25.9 acres A2, lot 2- 3.0 acres A3, Lot 3- 3 acres A3. Leaving the parent parcel at 67.68 acres A1. Parcel 6-13-224; 132.28 acres. NE ¼ Section 30, in the Town of Milton

 

        Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.  The Milton Town Board and Planning and Zoning will hold a meeting to review this request.
