Scott Farrington called the Rock River Safety Patrol meeting to order at 7:00PM at the Fulton Town Hall in Fulton Township.  It was verified that the meeting notice was printed in the Edgerton Reporter on 5-20 and 5-27-2020. A motion to approve the Agenda was made by Beth Drew and seconded by Glendan Rewoldt.  Motion carried by unanimous vote.  The minutes from the 12-4-2019 meeting were read.  A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Glendan Rewoldt and seconded by Beth Drew.  Motion carried by unanimous vote. 

 

PUBLIC COMMENTS – None

 

 CAPTAIN’S REPORT

Captain Henry Sautin read the Captains report (attachment 1).  Both the patrol boat and PWC are in the water and ready for the 2020 Patrol season. The Patrol did not go out on the Memorial Day weekend because of the Stay at Home Order due to Covid 19.  The boat and PWC went out 5-30 and 5-31.  A motion was made to accept the Captain’s Report by Beth Drew and seconded by Glendan Rewoldt. Motion carried by unanimous vote. 

 

TREASURER’S REPORT

Tom Kunkel presented the 6-3-2020 Financial Statement (attachment 2). Invoices for 2020 budget will be sent out the beginning of next week.  A motion was made to accept the Treasurer’s Report by Glendan Rewoldt and seconded by Beth Drew. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

 

OLD BUSUINESS –None.

 

NEW BUSINESS –  Election of RRSP Board offices for 2020.    Motion was made by Beth Drew and seconded by Glendan Rewoldt to retain the same officers as last year, as long as that person agrees. Motion carried by unanimous vote.  Scott Farrington, President  Thad Andrews, Vice President  Tom Kunkel, Treasurer  Fran Sautin, Secretary.

 

Scott Farrington asked if anyone objected to the next meeting date of July 1, 2020.  Seeing that there were no objections, the next RRSP meeting will be held at the Fulton Town Hall in Fulton Township July1, 2020 at 7PM.

 

Scott Farrington asked for a motion to adjourn.  Motion made by Glendan Rewoldt and seconded by Jim Brandendurg. The motion to adjourn was carried by unanimous vote.
