NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing held before the Board of Adjustment Committee of the Town of Milton on the 15th day of September, 2020 at 6:30pm at the Town of Milton Town Hall located at 23 First Street, Milton, Wisconsin.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the application received from Alan and Polly Jacobson for a request of a variance to exceed the maximum area of lot coverage ratio (25%) for a proposed garage (after a combination of lots with parcel 6-13-1576). The property is located at 11606 N Nelson St, Milton, parcel 6-13-1575, in the Town of Milton.
All persons and interested parties shall be given an opportunity to be heard in relation thereto.
