NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

 

       

                Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Town of Milton, Rock County, WI beginning at 6:00p.m. on Monday January 14, 2019 to consider the following change:
                Application of Robert McGuire, 112 Bublitz Rd, Edgerton, WI to modify the existing conditional use permit (dated 12/11/17) for Mc Guires Landscaping 2107 E Vincent St, Milton, WI to update site plans to include a future building for existing Landscaping Business. The parcel number is 6-13-46.10; 4.25 acres, PT SE ¼ NE ¼, NE ¼ SE ¼ CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP, VOL 38 PG 210-210 LOT 1, Section 7, in the Town of Milton.

                Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.  The Milton Town Board will hold a joint meeting with the Planning & Zoning Committee and review this request.
