NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE

 

 

        Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Town of Milton, Rock County, WI beginning at 6:30pm, on Monday, August 17th, 2020 to consider the following change:

      Application of Todd Gabower, 5249 N Sable Dr, Milton for a land combination and zoning change creating one new lot zoned RR- total acres being 2.22. Parcels 6-13-86.5F (A1); 1.06 acres lot 4 Section 11 &  6-13-86.5E (RR); 1.16 acres lot 3 section 11, PT NW ¼ SW 1/4 in the Town of Milton, Rock County.       

        Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.  The Milton Town Board and Planning and Zoning will hold a meeting to review this request.
