NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE

                        Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Town of Milton, Rock County, WI beginning at 6:30pm, on Monday November 11, 2019 to consider the following change:

                        Application of Patrick Kelly, 5017 N Newville Rd, Milton, WI, for a zoning change from A-1 to A-3, creating 3 total lots.  Lot 1 4.7acres to A3, Lot 3 5.4acres to A3, and Lot 2 the remaining 27.7 acres to A2.  Parcel 6-13-199.1; SE 1/4 Se 1/4 (EXC CSM 3-175) SUB to R/W. Section 23, in the Town of Milton.

                        Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.  The Milton Town Board and Planning and Zoning will hold a meeting to review this request.
