Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Monday, December 11th, 2023, at the Milton Town Hall, 23 First Street, Milton, WI, commencing at 6:30 PM. At this time, the Planning and Zoning Committee, as well as the Milton Town Board, will consider the application of Heth Farm Properties LLC to divide parcel 6-13-260, 5026 N Tarrant Road, Milton, WI, within Section 35, Town 4, Range 13.
Parcel 6-13-260 is currently zoned A1 and comprises 109.65 acres of agricultural land. Applicant Heth Farm Properties LLC requests to divide the current parcel into two. The division would result in approximately 107.65 acres of A1 land and approximately two acres of land from the originating parcel 6-13-260 to be zoned Rural Residential. It is the applicant’s intent to create a buildable parcel for a future family home.
Any person interested and/ or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinion at this time. The Town Board will hold a joint meeting with the Planning and Zoning Committee on Monday, December 11th, 2023, at 6:30 PM. Following the recommendation made by the Planning and Zoning Committee, the Town Board will take action on this request.
